Associate Fighters Mission Computing Hardware Engineer

Job Summary:

Develop and implement hardware solutions for mission computing systems in the aviation industry. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, analyze, and integrate complex electronic and electrical systems that meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Translate technical specifications into system, hardware, and software designs.
• Design and integrate hardware components and interfaces.
• Conduct validation and testing to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Support suppliers to ensure system integration and performance standards.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to fielded hardware and software.
• Research and implement emerging technologies for system enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of analog/digital signal processing and electronic system design.
• Experience in circuit design, hardware/software development, and system integration.
• Familiarity with requirements management, configuration management, and regression testing.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary:

Competitive pay ranging from $79,900 to $108,100, based on experience and qualifications.
