Account Manager
Job Summary of Account Manager:
The selected candidate will manage strategic account relationships and drive financial sales growth within an assigned portfolio of mid-market clients. This role involves identifying incremental revenue opportunities, maintaining customer retention, and delivering customized solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to cultivate relationships, drive sales performance, and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Account Manager:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing new revenue opportunities.
- Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
- Develop and implement account strategies for assigned customers to maximize sales and retention.
- Conduct regular account meetings to ensure alignment of Comcast Business Services with client needs.
- Deliver tailored solutions for clients, focusing on advanced voice, Metro Ethernet, and other business-class products.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective account management plans and optimize sales efforts.
- Engage with executive-level decision-makers to present Comcast Business solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue opportunities, and maintain accurate pipeline management.
Qualifications and Experience of Account Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven success in direct selling, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data networking, VoIP, and other business connectivity solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
Base pay of $67,500 - $140,000 per year, with commission and performance-based incentives.
