Job Duties and Responsibilities of Gym Instructor:
- Secure new clients and uphold the loyalty of current ones through exceptional service delivery.
- Coordinate and execute personalized exercise sessions, along with complimentary initial evaluations.
- Individualize fitness programs to cater to the specific requirements of each person.
- Create a welcoming ambiance by interacting with members in a friendly and embracing approach.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the training zone by regular maintenance.
- Cultivate a community that is interconnected and mutually supportive among clients.
Qualifications and Experience of Gym Instructor:
- Certification as a Personal Trainer or the motivation to attain one.
- Proficient in interpersonal interactions and communication.
- Enthusiasm for staying active and a willingness to assist others in accomplishing their fitness targets.
- Skill in customizing training programs to cater to a range of client specifications.
- Aptitude for executing physical activities, such as lifting heavy objects and presenting exercises.
- Remaining erect, taking steps, and actively involving with clients during sessions.
- Hours are adjustable to accommodate mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Conduct work primarily at a gym location.

- The rate of pay is $14.35 for each hour worked.
- Workers typically receive $19.00 for an hour of their time.
- The hourly rate for client sessions is between $22.00 and $33.00.
- For a semi-private session, you can expect to pay between $44.00 and $66.00 per hour.
- Coverage for healthcare, dental treatments, and vision care included for employees putting in 30 or more hours per week.
- Parental leave and paid time off are offered to employees who work at least 30 hours a week.
- Those employees who work beyond 40 hours per week are entitled to paid holidays and a vacation schedule that can be tailored to their needs.
