Job Summary of Client Services Representative:
As a crucial member of our rapidly expanding organization, you will be in charge of generating sales revenue by fostering new business relationships and maximizing sales from existing accounts. This role entails promoting high-quality products to establishments such as restaurants, caterers, hotels, and retail stores. Acting as the company’s representative, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing lasting customer connections, all while operating within a compensation package that includes a base salary and commission.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Services Representative:
- Drive sales growth through the acquisition of new customers and the enhancement of sales to existing clientele.
- Establish directories of potential consumers through the exploration of different outlets for prospect identification.
- Cover the assigned area to secure orders from regular and potential customers through visits.
- Demonstrate and exhibit products with the aid of samples or catalogs, highlighting their most notable features to drive sales.
- Offer price estimates, define payment terms, and arrange sales agreements.
- Determine the anticipated delivery dates using the firm’s production and delivery schedules.
- Develop reports for business transactions and maintain expense accounts with current details.
- Partner with inside sales associates to ensure account activities are properly documented.
- Keep track of stock quantities and observe customer order status.
- Update the database with relevant customer and sales records.
- Develop and uphold associations with procurement liaisons.
Qualifications and Experience of Client Services Representative:
- Candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience are preferred for this position.
- Desirable attributes include a background in restaurant management, food sales, professional catering, or experience as a Chef.
- Dynamic energy, constructive mindset, and a valuable team contributor.
- Illustrating the ability to cultivate a welcoming environment and surpass predefined expectations to achieve goals.
- Impressive ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication demonstrated.
- Driven self-initiator who is adept at rapidly grasping new concepts and excelling in situations with strict time constraints.
- Although a college degree is preferred, it is not obligatory.
- It is essential to reside within the designated sales area.

Salary:
- Companies are willing to pay a minimum of $50,000 for new recruits
