Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

Support the customer experience and foster a strong store culture. This role is an opportunity to build meaningful connections with both customers and associates while assisting in operational execution and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Act as a leader on the sales floor, modeling brand behaviors and customer connection strategies.
• Train, coach, and develop associates to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members.
• Ensure operational excellence by utilizing reporting tools to monitor performance and drive results.
• Leverage technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store policies are followed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1+ year of retail management or leadership experience (preferred).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer and associate relationships.
• Proficiency with retail technology, including point-of-sale systems.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment.
