Senior Structural Analysis Engineer - F-15

Job Summary

Boeing is seeking to verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models, and simulations. These positions support F-15 aircraft programs within Boeing Defense, Space & Security.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to establish product environments.
• Guide design, verify structural integrity, and conduct analysis.
• Develop test plans, analyze results, and validate compliance.
• Support in-service products by investigating failures and improvements.
• Enhance analytical processes and tools for efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years of aerospace experience with military or commercial aircraft structures (Level 4).
• 15+ years of aerospace experience with military or commercial aircraft structures (Level 5).
• Experience with CAD software (NX, CATIA, Teamcenter), FEM tools (ABAQUS, NASTRAN, Stresscheck), and hand calculations.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Boeing analysis tools (CAESAR, Lifeworks, Mechanica).
• Strong background in structural certification and regulatory compliance.

Level 4: $115,600 - $156,400
Level 5: $136,850 - $185,150
