Customer Experience Team Leader

Job Summary:

This role supports store operations by leading a team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include training employees, coordinating tasks, and solving operational challenges while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee performance and development through training, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting and motivating team members.
• Address operational challenges and maintain open communication with managers.
• Coordinate daily activities and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient store operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: Experience leading a team.
• Preferred: Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products.
• Preferred: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations.
