Job Summary of Strategic Sales Development Executive:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Data Center Sales Team, focusing on driving incremental revenue growth across the regional footprint. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong partnerships with Data Centers and their tenants. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales execution and contribute to long-term growth is a key component of this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Strategic Sales Development Executive:

• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast's latest products and services.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including identifying partnerships and cultivating local business relationships.
• Generate new business leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
• Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in business matters.

Qualifications and Experience of Strategic Sales Development Executive:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in data center or technology-related industries.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of network design, Ethernet, VoIP, WAN, VPN, and business continuity solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
