Account Executive
Job Summary of Account Executive:
The selected candidate will be responsible for selling commercial internet, video, and voice services to mid-size and large businesses. This role involves prospecting, relationship building, and developing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue. The candidate will leverage market insights and data-driven approaches to position solutions that align with client needs, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Account Executive:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Comcast Business Services to mid-sized and large enterprises.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Deliver professional sales presentations highlighting the value and capabilities of Comcast’s products and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to provide optimal solutions to clients.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with business clients to drive customer retention and long-term value.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales and implementation process.
- Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics, preparing reports to track growth and opportunities.
- Regularly engage in customer meetings and presentations to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Experience of Account Executive:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in direct sales, prospecting, and account management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of network design, VoIP, data networking technologies, and related services.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
Base pay of $67,500 - $140,000 per year, with additional commission and performance-based incentives.
