Electrician

Job Summary:

you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing facility. This role requires troubleshooting complex electronic circuits, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
• Analyze electronic circuits, wiring diagrams, schematics, and drawings.
• Install, repair, adjust, calibrate, and modify electronic devices and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Pressco camera systems.
• Record and update electrical drawings and modifications.
• Replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, and sensors.
• Inspect, test, and adjust electronic equipment for optimal performance.
• Prepare and update ladder diagrams for programmable control systems.
• Maintain documentation of repairs, calibrations, and test results.
• Ensure all safety equipment, devices, and guards are properly used and maintained.
• Keep the assigned work area clean and hazard-free.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 442A or 339A Electrician License (mandatory).
• Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of programmable control systems and automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with power distribution and control equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

• Starting rate: $45.18 per hour, with annual increases.
