Warehouse Maintenance Associate
Job Summary of Warehouse Maintenance Associate:
Your primary duty is to maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and office premises to ensure they are neat, orderly, and prepared for daily operations. To succeed in this role, you must have an eye for detail, the capability to use cleaning tools and substances safely, and be ready to handle minor maintenance tasks as necessary.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Maintenance Associate:
- Perform sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming tasks to preserve the cleanliness of the floors.
- Gather and discard garbage, consolidating it for the scheduled weekly removal.
- Ensure cleanliness and servicing of restrooms are done on a frequent basis.
- Regularly sanitize walls, shelves, and machinery to promote a clean environment.
- Formulate cleaning mixtures by combining water, detergents, or acids according to requirements.
- Make use of industrial cleaning machinery to renew the interior areas of buildings.
- Utilize solvents, brushes, cleaning cloths, and power equipment to effectively clean varied surfaces.
- Prevent harm to floors and fixtures by consistently following the correct cleaning and safety protocols.
- Uphold safety standards by securing doors outside of operational hours.
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed, including using hand trucks.
- Keep managers updated on any significant repairs or system issues that require their immediate attention.
- Utilize snow blowers or shovels to remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking spots.
- Prepare, position, and dismantle decorations, seating, tables, and other event components accordingly.
- Certification for operating a Rider Jack or relevant experience is required.
Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Maintenance Associate:
- - A high school diploma or GED is necessary for this position, as well as 1-3 months of relevant experience and training, or a comparable amalgamation of education and experience.

Salary:
- Remuneration: The offered rate is $17.50 per hour
