Job Duties and Responsibilities of Certified Personal Coach:
- Attract and retain customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Schedule and provide tailored fitness sessions, including free consultation services.
- Modify workout schedules to address the distinct needs and objectives of clients.
- Foster an inviting space by actively engaging individuals in a warm and inclusive manner.
- Guarantee that the training facility meets safety and cleanliness standards through continuous upkeep.
- Promote a connected and cohesive environment for clients to engage with one another.
Qualifications and Experience of Certified Personal Coach:
- The necessity of holding a Personal Trainer certification or being prepared to pursue it.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intense devotion to fitness and a strong determination to help others succeed in their wellness pursuits.
- Expertise in adapting training programs to address the distinct needs of clients.
- Proficiency in undertaking physical exercises including weightlifting and demonstrating workout routines.
- Remaining vertical, pacing, and participating vigorously with clients throughout meetings.
- The timetable is adaptable, with the opportunity to work mornings, evenings, and weekends if necessary.
- Mainly work within the confines of a gym.

- Earnings amount to $14.35 for every hour.
- The average hourly wage amounts to $19.00.
- Client session fees can vary but typically range from $22.00 to $33.00 per hour.
- The hourly rate for a semi-private session is set between $44.00 and $66.00.
- Employees working 30 hours or more per week eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
- Employees putting in more than 30 hours per week are eligible for paid leave and parental time off.
