Job Summary of Custodial Services Associate:
You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and office areas, ensuring that all areas are properly cleaned, organized, and ready for daily operations. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while also performing minor maintenance tasks as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Custodial Services Associate:
- Use cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, scrub brushes, or vacuums to tidy up the floors.
- Gather and discard waste, consolidating it for the weekly trash collection.
- Conduct consistent servicing and cleaning of restroom facilities.
- Regularly wipe down walls, shelves, and machinery to ensure a tidy setting.
- Create cleaning mixtures by combining water, soaps, or acids as directed.
- Deploy commercial-grade cleaning machinery for the restoration of interior spaces within buildings.
- Employ a combination of solvents, brushes, wiping cloths, and machinery to clean and sanitize diverse surfaces.
- Observe the necessary cleaning and safety procedures to prevent any potential damage to floors and fixtures.
- Implement security procedures by ensuring that doors are locked when the building is not in operation.
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed, including using hand trucks.
- Promptly alert management to any major repairs or system problems that require addressing.
- Employ snow blowers or shovels to eliminate snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking places.
- Plan, set up, and dismantle decorations, tables, chairs, and other event necessities.
- Experience in operating a Rider Jack or the option to get certified is essential.
Qualifications and Experience of Custodial Services Associate:
- - A high school diploma or GED is necessary for this position, as well as 1-3 months of relevant experience and training, or a comparable amalgamation of education and experience.

Salary:
- Stipend: The rate of pay stands at $17.50 per hour
