Senior Regional Manager

Job Summary:

This role involves coaching and supporting the team in a collaborative environment, designed to enhance client relationships and achieve business growth. You will build relationships with internal partners and clients, manage performance, and oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure exceptional service and advice quality for Schwab Wealth Advisory clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and motivation to a team of Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors.
• Develop and foster collaborative relationships with internal partners and clients, including Branch Managers, Regional Branch Executives, and Directors.
• Develop others by leveraging extensive financial services experience to coach and mentor the team of investment professionals (CFP® or CFA®).
• Establish strategies and design plans to meet asset and service targets, ensuring the team’s success in achieving goals.
• Monitor client interactions and coach team members to improve service quality and advice provided to Schwab Wealth Advisory clients.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks within the team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and Schwab’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CFP® designation, CFA® designation, or a Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning required (may consider 24-month condition of employment).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Active and valid FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• Five or more years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
