Job Summary of B2B Sales Executive:
You will be a key player in our rapidly growing organization, responsible for generating sales revenue by cultivating new business and enhancing sales with existing accounts. This role involves selling high-quality products to restaurants, caterers, hotels, and retail establishments. You will act as the face of the company by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, while working in a base salary + commission structure.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of B2B Sales Executive:
- Maximize sales potential by expanding into new markets and optimizing sales with current customer accounts.
- Compile registries of potential buyers through the utilization of multiple resources for lead generation.
- Journey throughout the designated area to secure orders from regular and prospective clients.
- Present and illustrate products through demonstrations or printed materials, focusing on their saleable characteristics.
- Outline pricing terms, establish credit requirements, and formalize sales contracts.
- Estimate the delivery timelines by reviewing the company’s production and transportation schedules.
- Develop reports on business transactions while keeping expense accounts up-to-date.
- Work together with inside sales representatives to stay informed about account activities.
- Stay updated on stock levels and oversee the monitoring of customer orders.
- Add customer and sales data to the central database for record-keeping purposes.
- Foster and sustain connections with buying contacts.
Qualifications and Experience of B2B Sales Executive:
- The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Individuals with experience in restaurant operations, food sales, catering, or as a Chef are particularly valued.
- Lively energy, optimistic outlook, and supportive team member.
- Displaying the skill to foster a positive culture and perform above and beyond to accomplish designated goals.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational abilities.
- Demonstrates excellence in both verbal and written communication.
- Quick learner who is self-motivated and can effectively manage tasks within limited timeframes.
- While it is advantageous to hold a college degree, it is not a strict requirement.
- Residence within the specified sales territory is a prerequisite.
