Job Summary of Audit Senior Supervisor:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Audit Senior Supervisor:

• Evaluate internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct audits, review financial data, and assess business records to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Perform control testing and document audit findings in accordance with internal audit standards.
• Develop audit strategies and procedures to assess business functions and regulatory adherence.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, reviewing audit work and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare audit reports with recommendations for enhancing controls and mitigating risks.
• Work with business leaders to discuss audit findings and assist in the development of corrective action plans.
• Monitor post-audit follow-ups to ensure the implementation of recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience of Audit Senior Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, internal controls, or risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex business processes.
• Proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills with experience supervising audit staff and reviewing audit work.

Salary:

$97,500 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
