Job Summary of Personal Coach:
Acting as a key figure in the team, the Personal Trainer takes on the responsibility of steering clients towards improved health and fitness levels. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Personal Coach:
- Obtain new patrons and uphold relationships with current ones by providing exceptional service.
- Plan and administer private training appointments, incorporating free consultations.
- Adapt exercise plans to suit the particular needs and preferences of clients.
- Cultivate an environment of inclusivity by engaging with individuals in a kind and accepting manner.
- Ensure that the training area is up to par with safety and cleanliness requirements.
- Encourage the development of close-knit relationships among clients.
Qualifications and Experience of Personal Coach:
- Required certification as a Personal Trainer or readiness to achieve it.
- Impressive interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Deep-seated love for working out and a promise to aid others in reaching their desired fitness outcomes.
- Flexibility in adjusting training programs to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Skills needed for carrying out physical tasks like weightlifting and performing workout demonstrations.
- Remaining vertical, moving, and engaging proactively with clients in interactions.
- The schedule offers versatility with the possibility of working mornings, evenings, and weekends as requested.

- Charges for client sessions are in the bracket of $22.00 through $33.00 per hour.
