Job Summary:

You will provide clients with personal relationships, specialized service, and ongoing advice based on Schwab’s approach to investing. Working as a fiduciary within a dedicated team, you will help clients manage complex portfolios using a broad range of investment products. This role allows for significant professional growth within a collaborative environment, empowering you to deepen your wealth management expertise and make a positive impact on clients’ financial futures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, ongoing financial advice to clients, leveraging Schwab’s wealth management solutions.
• Work with clients to build and manage complex portfolios, utilizing a wide array of investment products such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options trading.
• Develop and deepen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through superior service and effective relationship management.
• Collaborate within a team of experienced advisors and leverage industry-leading resources to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
• Act as a fiduciary, ensuring all advice aligns with clients’ best interests and financial goals.
• Develop and implement customized financial strategies that are tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Active FINRA Series 66 license (or ability to obtain within 120 days of employment).
• Three or more years of advisory experience in the financial services industry.
• Five or more years of experience working directly with clients in a financial services capacity.
• CFP or CFA designation preferred.
• Superior relationship management and client retention experience.
• Polished interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
