Enterprise Account Manager
Job Summary of Enterprise Account Manager:
Comcast is seeking to oversee a portfolio of existing mid-market customers. This role is responsible for financial sales leadership, customer relationship management, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The position focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth and retention across assigned accounts.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Enterprise Account Manager:
- Achieve monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
- Renew contracts and retain existing revenue streams across the assigned customer portfolio.
- Maintain regular communication with accounts to align Comcast Business Services with client needs.
- Deliver solutions related to Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other business-class products.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales and service delivery for Enterprise and mid-market accounts at the local and regional levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop account strategies and maximize sales and retention opportunities.
- Engage with stakeholders across organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
- Track sales activities, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics in alignment with regional goals.
- Support additional duties and business operations as needed.
Qualifications and Experience of Enterprise Account Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Strong background in strategic selling and account planning.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions to a variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary.
